Side Dormer- Increases head height in houses with a hipped roof.

L-Shape Dormer- Suitable for Victorian properties .

Hip-to-Gable- One or more of the hips are replaced with a gable wall.

Mansard Loft Conversion

Mansard conversions involve one or both slopes of the roof being replaced with a new structure with very steep sloping sides. Typically covers the entire plane of your household’s roof.

It must be noted that, most mansard loft conversion will require planning permission.
